1. Introduction
Welcome to Go Morocco Travel, This Policy outlines our commitments, operational standards, and customer responsibilities when booking tours, transfers, or other travel services with us. By using our website or making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. We are dedicated to providing authentic Moroccan travel experiences while maintaining full transparency, safety, and compliance with TourRadar’s Operator Standards. This Policy applies to all customers booking directly through our website or through TourRadar.
2. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified during the booking process. Once payment is received, you will receive written confirmation via email containing your booking details. You are responsible for reviewing your booking confirmation to ensure all details (names, dates, and services) are correct. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 25% of the total price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is required. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. All transaction fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply: – More than 35 days before departure: Deposit non-refundable. – 15–35 days before departure: 50% of the total price. – 0–14 days before departure: 100% of the total price. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days via the same method of payment. Please note that refunds may exclude non-recoverable supplier costs such as hotel or transportation fees.
5. Amendments & Changes
Requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee changes once confirmed. Additional costs may apply. Changes made within 14 days of departure may not be possible depending on supplier policies.
6. Force Majeure
Go Morocco Travel is not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, strikes, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future tour.
7. Traveler Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, insurance, and any other necessary travel documents. We are not responsible for any issues resulting from missing or incorrect documents. All travelers must respect local laws, customs, and the guidance of our staff and guides. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate participation without refund in cases of inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
8. Insurance Policy
Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Your insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, and lost or stolen belongings. Go Morocco Travel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
9. Accommodation & Transport Policy
We partner with carefully selected hotels, riads, and transport providers across Morocco. Accommodation standards reflect local conditions and may differ from those in other countries. We reserve the right to substitute accommodations or vehicles with similar or higher standards when necessary.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
We value your privacy and comply with international data protection laws. Personal information collected during booking (such as name, email, passport information, and payment details) is used solely for processing reservations and improving our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements. 11. Health & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. We ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, and all activities are operated by licensed, experienced professionals. You must follow the safety instructions provided by our guides and drivers at all times.
12. Partner Platform Compliance (TourRadar)
When booking through TourRadar, Go Morocco Travel agrees to follow all TourRadar Operator Policies, including accurate tour descriptions, timely communication, transparent pricing, and fair handling of cancellations and complaints. Bookings made through TourRadar are also governed by their Terms of Service in addition to ours.
13. Complaints Procedure
If you experience an issue during your trip, please notify your guide or driver immediately so we can resolve it on-site. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us in writing at info@gomoroccotravel.com within 14 days after your tour ends. We will respond promptly and fairly to all complaints.
14. Limitation of Liability
Go Morocco Travel will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or expense resulting from circumstances beyond our control or from the actions of third-party service providers. Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected service.
15. Governing Law
These policies are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
16. Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be published on our website with the date of the latest revision.
