1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Go Morocco Travel, located at N°572 Rue Sijilmassa Mhamid 2, Marrakech, Morocco. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation. Go Morocco Travel organizes and operates its own tours across Morocco. All travel arrangements are made directly with trusted local partners, accommodations, and licensed guides. Our company is committed to transparency, safety, and compliance with TourRadar’s Operator Policy.
2. Definitions
- “we” / “us” / “our” – Go Morocco Travel – “you” / “your” – the traveler or customer booking with us – “travel arrangements” – any tours, transfers, accommodations, or services arranged by us – “price” – the total cost of the booked travel arrangements
3. The Contract
A booking is only confirmed when we receive your deposit or full payment and send written confirmation by email. Once confirmed, a contract is formed between you and Go Morocco Travel under these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is governed by Moroccan law, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
4. Booking & Payments
A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the tour start date. Bookings made less than 30 days before departure require full payment at the time of booking. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or any other method specified on our website or booking platform. If the final balance is not paid by the due date, Go Morocco Travel reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
5. Amendments
Requests to amend a booking must be made in writing. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee availability. Any additional costs incurred as a result of amendments are your responsibility. Changes made less than 14 days before the start of your tour may incur additional charges or may not be possible, depending on supplier policies.
6. Cancellations by You
All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation charges: – More than 35 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable. – 15–35 days before departure: 50% of total price. – 0–14 days before departure: 100% of total price. If you fail to arrive for your tour or leave early for any reason, no refund will be issued.
7. Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as flights or insurance. We may cancel a tour for reasons beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, civil unrest, border closures, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds will be processed minus any non-recoverable costs.
8. Force Majeure
Go Morocco Travel is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including war, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, extreme weather, or other unforeseeable events.
9. Accommodation & Transportation
All accommodations and vehicles used are chosen based on quality and local standards. Please note that Moroccan accommodation standards may differ from those in other countries. We reserve the right to substitute hotels or vehicles with similar or higher standards when necessary.
10. Guides & Drivers
All tours are conducted by licensed local guides and experienced drivers. In Moroccan cities, only certified city guides may conduct walking tours, as required by local law. Seatbelts must be worn at all times during transportation. Refusal to comply may result in fines payable by the traveler.
11. Travel Insurance
All travelers are required to have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal injury, and loss of belongings. Go Morocco Travel is not responsible for any costs resulting from lack of insurance.
12. Special Requests
Any special requests (dietary requirements, medical needs, etc.) must be communicated in writing at the time of booking. We will do our best to meet these requests but cannot guarantee availability.
13. Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, visas, and necessary vaccinations for travel to Morocco. We are not responsible for any issues arising from missing or incorrect documentation. During tours, you are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, drivers, and other participants. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or endangering others.
14. Complaints
If you experience an issue during your tour, please inform your guide or driver immediately so that we can resolve it promptly. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please contact us in writing within 14 days of your return.
15. Our Liability
Go Morocco Travel ensures that all tours are operated safely and as described. However, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party services, unforeseeable circumstances, or your own negligence. Where liability is established, our maximum compensation will not exceed the total amount paid for the affected service.
16. Data Protection
We respect your privacy and comply with data protection laws. Personal information you provide is used only to process your booking and manage your travel arrangements. Your data will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.
17. Agreement
